Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have two years of experience in the legal field. Due to our growing needs, we are looking to hire an additional paralegal to assist with our litigation team. Our primary areas of practice include personal injury and workers compensation law. Ideal candidates would possess organizational skills, be detailed oriented, and have effective communication skills in speaking with customers, businesses, legal professionals, and other staff members. Should have experience with litigation and the discovery process, as well as trial prep experience, are preferred. Will manage litigation caseload. Customer service with clientele and opposing counsels. Proofreading litigation documentation including complaints, discovery, motions, etc. Working with attorneys and other admin staff on the litigation process. Calendaring litigation deadlines and events. Data Entry. Report running and forecasting case movement.
