Attorney The candidate will oversee, assist, and provide guidance to paralegals and attorneys with their pre-litigation and litigation caseloads. Review of each case, determining necessary tasks needed on cases, providing guidance to case staff, and ensuring cases are being effectively and efficiently processed. Responsible for reaching out to firm clients and answering their questions. Documenting notes and tasks in case management software and reporting back to firm managers. Juris Doctor & Admitted / Good Standing to Massachusetts Bar is needed. Should have 2+ years of experience as a Plaintiff personal injury attorney with a passion for helping people who have been injured.
