Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties will include: case management from inception through discovery and verdict. Must have two-year degree in paralegal studies or NALA (National Association of Legal Assistants) certification. Should preferably have Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university plus paralegal certificate from an ABA accredited program and 3 years of experience in both State and Federal Courts. Familiarity with the Rules of Civil Procedure is needed.
