Junior Employment Associate Attorney The candidate must have 2+ years of experience in litigation, which could include judicial clerkship experience. Employment law experience is preferred. Should have litigation experience with some broad based employment background understanding federal and state employment laws and regulations. Must have excellent academic credentials, writing skills and references. Should preferably have law firm experience, immediately transferable skills, and excellent client relationship skills. Active, in good standing, members of the Oregon State Bar preferred.
