Labor And Employment Attorney The candidate must have employment Labor Attorney with a minimum of three (3) years experience. Candidate should have a strong employment litigation background, be capable of working independently, be a self-starter, have strong resolution facilitation skills and work effectively with clients and others in the firm. Experience in public-sector bargaining, to include negotiating CBAs and conducting fact-findings, arbitrations, mediations, and representing all or any of the following public bodies or their employees - schools, police, and municipalities are a plus but not a requirement. Candidate must have excellent written and oral communication skills, be detail oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
