Legal Case Manager/Pre-suit Paralegal The candidate will be opening new case files and making the initial client contact and continuing contact with clients on a regular basis. Requesting medical records and bills and reviewing the records and bills. Investigating each case, gathering and analyzing intake information and relevant documents. Requesting and verifying insurance coverage and liability issues, and maintaining contact with the insurance company. Managing client medical treatment and consistently communicating with clients and medical providers. Proactively monitoring case status. Organizing and maintaining case files, and preparing files to be submitted for demands and for litigation. Should have some background in personal injury or the legal field. Must be detail orientated, organized, and able to multi-task and prioritize. Must have excellent communication and people skills.
