Eviction Paralegal The candidate will perform all eviction functions in connection with a foreclosed property. Will perform tasks that require knowledge of preparing documents to be filed in court, requesting checks for the filing fees, court procedures and checking statuses on the court proceedings. Prepare, Serve and Monitor Legal Notices. Prepare File and serve Summons and Complaints. Monitor cases Monitor hearing schedules. Communicate with clients regarding litigation matters via email and phone. Verify property addresses using foreclosure documents. Handle incoming phone calls from Defendants, Clients, County Courts, and County Sheriffs. Provide paralegal support to attorneys and the Eviction Team. Should have high school diploma and 3+ years of experience in Evictions. Must have excellent customer service and verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional organization and follow-up skill is essential. Understand eviction law and local jurisdictional requirement is essential. Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, and the internet.
