Litigation Paralegal The candidate will join a personal injury firm. Will be responsible for: answering discovery, case evaluation summaries, drafting / filing complaints (both in District and Circuit Court) and managing a large volume of files in a cohesive team environment. Responsibilities can also include regular client communication, court communication, organizing files, general correspondence and other duties as needed. Must have 1+ year of experience. Should preferably have experience in a high volume law firm. Technological proficiency including content management systems, Excel / Google Sheets - docs experience a must. Experience with provider cases is very helpful.
