Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will litigate cases for maximum settlement judgments. Take and defend depositions. Attend mediations, hearings, and trials as needed. Maintain heavy communication with clients, opposing counsel, and adjusters. Negotiate settlements as needed, outside of mediation and trial. Meet monthly established goals and metrics. Manage performance issues that fall below standards. Should have an active TX bar license, and JD degree. Should have 2+ years of experience in personal injury as an attorney, and 2+ years of experience managing staff. Must have the ability to handle a high-volume caseload and excellent customer service skills. Fluent in Spanish is preferred.
