This New England based firm has a Washington DC post that is notable for its attorneys. Well connected and well credentialed, many these attorneys have held prestigious posts in the federal government. The Washington office remains very much a small, branch office, but has the foundation on which to grow.
Litigation Paralegal The candidate should be an experienced paralegal and shall have strong writing skills, an aptitude for working technology in the field and experience with e-discovery and litigation software. A Bachelors degree or a paralegal certification by an institution approved by the American Bar Association and/or an e-discovery certification are also desirable. Should have the ability to work effectively with attorneys, clients, other paralegals, legal assistants and outside organizations, as well as have strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to details and the ability to manage many duties simultaneously. Should be able to provide logistical and document control support for trials in New England with a willingness to travel.
