Commercial Transactional Attorney The candidate will be providing high quality legal services to clients with significant contract experience involving business purchase and sale agreements, leasing, financing opinions, special purpose and serial entity formation, operating and limited partnership agreements, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, customer agreements, and trademarks. Will be focused primarily on business and real estate transactions and litigation seeking ambitious and experienced transactional attorneys. Requirements: Currently licensed to practice law in the state of California. 3+ years of transactional experience. Highest standards for thoroughness and diligence in identifying, analyzing and reporting on legal issues. Should have 3+ years of transactional experience, with a preference for experience in commercial and real estate transactions. Should possess strong legal experience across multiple practice areas including commercial business matters and real estate transactions. Superior academic performance and strong analytical and writing skills are essential. Excellent research and analytical skills as well as clear and concise verbal and written communication skills. Ability to understand complex business issues, develop practical, problem-solving strategies and effectively communicate in a positive manner. Ability to distill research into meaningful and persuasive written work product and to work meticulously to ensure the quality of work product. Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Proven capabilities of working directly with clients and dedication to client service. Demonstrable knowledge of entity taxation and corporate governance models a plus.
