Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will support attorneys in representing injured clients to obtain proper compensation for bodily injury against negligent persons and insurance firms that represent them. The representation will include every phase of litigation: filing lawsuits, discovery, depositions, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, hearings, jury trials, bench trials and post-trial motions. Assist other attorneys and staff with research and writing associated with a high-volume caseload and other firm needs. Interact and support other paralegals who support litigation and pre-suit motor vehicle collisions; including ensuring the paralegals are successfully advancing the motor vehicle cases of the firm. Finally, the experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal will supervise the work of junior litigation paralegal(s) and other staff in support of the firm and its attorneys. Must have 3+ years of experience.
