Attorney - Technology and Commercial Agreements The candidate will be responsible for assisting clients with the numerous contractual arrangements arising during the business lifecycle. May take on the work of contract drafting, review and/or negotiation. Must be a junior attorney with 1-3 years of experience in commercial contract review. Should have experience reviewing, revising, drafting, managing and negotiating a variety of vendor, and supply chain contracts, including technology and licensing agreements. Ability to efficiently research, draft, interpret and summarize commercial and technology contracts is required. Excellent academic and professional credentials are needed. Related experience in privacy, data security and intellectual property is a plus. Application Deadline: July 31, 2017.
