Associate Attorney (Employment) The candidate's responsibilities include: Assume a major role in employment litigation and counseling in a wide range of employment cases; Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial; Extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel; Assist with workplace investigations; Draft and respond to correspondence. Must be admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar. Should have 2+ years with both individual and class/representative employment litigation. Wage and hour class action/PAGA experience highly preferred. Should possess strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills.
