Immigration Attorney Responsibilities: Represent clients in immigration bond hearings, removal and deportation proceedings, BIA appeals, and circuit court filings. Prepare and draft motions, briefs, and legal documents on behalf of clients. Supervise paralegal and assist in preparation of asylum, Withholding, CAT, Cancellation of Removal, and VAWA applications and other forms of relief. Qualifications: Completion of a JD Degree program at an accredited U.S. Law School and admission to a U.S. state Bar. 1-2 years in litigation and/or Immigration. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Excellent writing skills. Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but not required for the right candidate. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
