Immigration Attorney The candidate will represent USCIS clients. Review and sign all forms/packages before they are sent to USCIS. Review mistakes with supervisors and work with USCIS team to provide excellent service and quality work efficiently. Prepare clients for USCIS interviews. Explain legal processes to clients. Attend USCIS interviews. Follow up post interview to make sure green card/approvals are received. Follow up with RFE's and ensure overall quality. Be available to USCIS legal assistants if they have a client with special questions, concerns, or need legal advice while they are in the office completing forms. Write any types of Motions related to USCIS cases (for instance, Reopen/Reconsider) if needed. Conduct research and write briefs and issues generally writings related to USCIS, however may be asked to assist with court research and writing on as needed basis. Must have 1-2 year of immigration experience with USCIS cases.
