Quality Assurance Attorney The candidate will review files of litigation attorneys to ensure court and Statutory deadlines are met, including: discovery deadlines, expert designation deadlines, motions for summary judgment, and completion of discovery; cases are being handled at a high level; high client satisfaction; firm policies are being followed; and tracking cases in litigation to ensure docket is moving at a high pace. Will assist in creation of Best Firm Practices including discovery, practice guides and form documents. Help monitor performance and goals for the section. Work on Additional Assignments as needed. Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions as needed. Should be licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Experience drafting and responding to motions is required. Strong Understanding of the TRCP, TRE and Texas Personal Injury Law is needed.
