Litigation Associate Attorney The candidate will be independently managing a litigation caseload from beginning to end, providing timely reporting, conducting discovery and motion practice, taking or defending depositions and various court appearances, and working closely with other attorneys and Partners on matters. Must have credentials from an ABA approved law school and be licensed and admitted to practice in Ohio. Should have 3+ years of litigation experience, including general liability experience, and possess excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
