Temporary Litigation Paralegal, Contract RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist litigation, corporate, and real estate attorneys with various legal tasks. Coordinate with clients, external counsel and other vendors to obtain and exchange information and documentation. Review legal work, including research and analysis of legal documents. Assist in drafting and proofing legal documents. Preparation and filing of legal documents, calendaring. REQUIREMENTS: Must have college degree and paralegal certification. 5 years' experience in litigation. Must be flexible and able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills and solid interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Professional phone manner.
