Senior Litigation Paralegal The candidate will directly support attorneys in representing injured clients to obtain proper compensation for bodily injury against negligent persons and insurance firms that represent every phase of litigation: filing lawsuits, discovery filling and preparation, deposition preparation and summaries, negotiation preparation, mediation preparation, jury trial preparations, bench trial preparation and post-trial motions preparation. Will assist attorneys and staff with research and writing associated with a high-volume caseload and other firm needs. Interact and support other paralegals who support litigation and pre-suit motor vehicle collisions; including ensuring the paralegals are successfully advancing the litigation cases of the firm. Supervise the work of junior litigation paralegal(s) and other staff in support of the firm and attorneys. Implement the firm's STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES, in addition to working to improve all procedures. Utilize independent discretion in performing litigation and non-litigation resolutions to firm problems. Should have 5+ years of experience as Litigation Paralegal.
