Litigation Paralegal Duties: Assistance in preparation for complex trials scheduled for 2017-2018. Duties will include research, extensive document review, organizational mapping, drafting memoranda, and deposition summaries. May involve travel throughout the United States.
Qualifications: College graduates with an interest in a legal career. Knowledge of the State and Federal rules of Civil Procedures and Statutes. Familiarity with e-filing. Proficiency drafting and responding to discovery. Experience drafting motions, pleadings, affidavits, etc. Ability to multitask. Skilled at organizing case files, calendaring, and managing deadlines. Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database software. Ability to work efficiently and communicate effectively with clients.
