Junior to Mid-level Automotive Franchise Industry Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of experience to join a Group that advises and represents automotive manufacturers and distributors on a broad array of matters involving state motor vehicle franchise laws. Should preferably have experience in litigation and in negotiating and drafting agreements. Must be able to analyze and understand complex statutory schemes and to devise creative solutions for difficult business problems. Membership to the NY Bar is required.
