Law Office Manager/Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities: Serve as the point person for office manager duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, shopping. Schedule meetings and appointments. Organize the office layout and order stationery and equipment, Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs. Organize office operations and procedures. Ensure that all items are invoiced and paid on time. Provide general support to clients. Prepare real estate transaction documents including purchase and sale contracts, deeds, leases, and related transaction documents. Correspond and communicate with client, parties, counsel, lenders, and title company, and applicable government bodies regarding transactions, title and ownership status, etc. Assist with the issuance of title policies for attorney title agents, working with underwriters, preparing closing statements and funding instructions, and coordinating commercial real estate closings and disbursements. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Must have 5 years minimum experience. Recent real estate experience. Proven experience as an Office Manager/Real Estate Paralegal. Hands-on experience with office machines (e.g. fax machines, printers, etc.). Knowledge of real estate rules, statutes, procedures, and relevant deadlines. Communication skills; both oral and written. Organizational and time management skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook. Familiarity with email scheduling tools. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
