Immigration Attorney The candidate will be handling all aspects of immigration and managing client cases which include adjustment of status, citizenship, asylum, and removal defense as well as interviewing new potential clients. Speak Spanish or Portuguese is preferred, Juris Doctor and admitted to any State Bar. Should have 3+ years of Immigration law experience, including removal defense, and litigation cases in Immigration court. Should have exemplary verbal and written communication skills with significant experience in responding to government requests for further evidence.
