Title : Residential Real Estate Attorney
Location : Massachusetts - AndoverRefer to Job # IGGO755321
Residential Real Estate Attorney The candidate will be responsible to see transactions through from Purchase and Sale Agreement, to title, to the closing table. Will work with a variety of lenders and real estate firms, learning how they and their teams operate, and solving problems to make each transaction as smooth as possible. Draft and negotiate Purchase and Sales agreements, along with contemporaneous certifications and agreements. Develop deep relationships with referral partners. Review title examinations to make sure our clients are purchasing marketable title, and educating clients on any interesting facets of their title. Host closings that are thorough, but with a light and fun tenor. Use creativity and personality to turn each client into a lifelong Pacy Law customer. Must have a license to practice law in Massachusetts, obviously. Should have experience closing loans for residential transactions. Must have excellent understanding of customer service.
