Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate should have ability to interact well with clients and provide exemplary client services. Able to investigate facts to obtain relevant issues necessary to determine causation, damages, and extent of injuries. Familiarity with insurance policy coverage limits, provisions, and exclusions. Medical review and preparation of medical chronologies, medical expense itemizations and demand packages. Assist clients with medical providers, property damage and resolving client and adjuster Medical Pay issues. Experience in Medicare/Medicaid, and private insurance subrogation compliance when appropriate. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Needles experience a plus. Should have 1+ year of PQE.
