Associate Attorney The candidate should have 1-2 years experience to be part of collegial team dedicated to pharmaceutical and medical device litigation on behalf of injured consumers. Should have interest in product liability litigation. Admission to NY and or NJ Bar preferred, or else other Bars where reciprocal admission is feasible. The role requires a strong academic background, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a drive to work diligently for clients on the Firm team. Judicial clerkship preferred.
