Immigration Attorney The candidate will be working on business immigration cases. Will be expected to attend immigration court hearings, prepare and file appeals and motions at USCIS and EOIR. Other responsibilities include: Completing USCIS applications, Preparing briefs, Phone Consultations and various daily activities within an Immigration Law Firm setting. Should have 2+ years of full-time experience as an Immigration Lawyer. Should have experience with Employment Immigration (H-1B, L-1, O-1 visa, EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 green card, PERM). Any experience with Investment and Family-based Immigration is desirable. Any experience with consulting and retaining immigration clients is highly desirable. Must have JD degree or LLM degree from a US based Law School. Should be a licensed attorney admitted to a US State Bar. Ability to speak any other foreign language is a plus.
