Law Firm is Seeking Experienced Premises Liability Litigation Attorney Law Firm is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney to join its quickly growing practice of plaintiff's personal injury lawyers and supporting case staff in our beautiful offices in Santa Monica, California / West Los Angeles. The Premises Liability Personal Injury Attorney will handle a heavy and complex case load from pre-litigation, litigation, trial prep and trial. Cases may include representing plaintiffs in slip and fall; security negligence; wrongful death; dog bite / animal attack; and other cases in Santa Monica, West L.A. County, and the surrounding areas. Our law firm's generous and competitive compensation includes a base salary, non-recoverable draw, and standard commission fees / bonuses, as well as a full benefits package. Additionally, each litigator will have a large case staff assisting them, including a dedicated paralegal and a dedicated legal assistant. Law Firm is looking for an experienced Premises Liability Litigation Attorney to join their quickly growing practice and support their case staff in Santa Monica, California / West Los Angeles. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2+ years of personal injury premises liability experience, a law degree (J.D. / JD / Juris Doctor) from a fully accredited law school, and be an active member in good standing with the California Bar Association. Responsibilities The Premises Liability Litigation Attorney will be responsible for: * Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases in and around the Santa Monica and West LA areas in Southern California * Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law * Guiding plaintiff clients through the case process * Interacting with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits * Attending and preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Compensation Law Firm offers a generous and competitive compensation package for the Premises Liability Litigation Attorney role.
