Business Immigration Attorney The candidate will primarily be responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing the preparation of various employment-based immigration petitions, including leading strategy development discussions, client communication, support staff management, and timely and accurate document production to ensure the highest level of client service and satisfaction. Should have a Juris Doctor and be licensed or eligible to become licensed in any U.S. State. 2+ years of current or recent experience with nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based cases (i.e. H-1B, L-1, TN, PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.) is required. Must have a commitment to hard work as well as excellent writing, communication, organizational, and case management skills. Must be passionate about serving corporate clients as they hire and move their employees from around the world, with a focus on US employment-based immigration.
