Litigation Attorney/Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in litigation, calendaring, document preparation, and management. Should preferably have an Associate degree and 3 years of experience in Microsoft Office. Must possess exceptional organizational, computer, and technical skills along with experience in preparing pleadings and conducting basic research. Experience with ADA cases is a plus.
