Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will be reviewing cases for missing documentation before filing. Preparing lawsuits and have suits served. Preparing written discovery. Setting up depositions. Notifying clients of obligations, deadlines. Managing attorney's calendar. Drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery as needed. Filing case pleadings/motions and following up with court or third party company. Receive and maintain attorney's mail and faxes. Must have 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury.
