Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for employment litigation firm. Duties: Drafting complaints & other pleadings, Preparing documents, declarations, and exhibits for attorneys, Propounding and responding to Discovery, E-Filing and Court Filing. Should have 2 years experience as a Paralegal at a fast-paced litigation firm. Extensive knowledge of E-Filing Procedures in State and Federal Courts is required. Must have experience drafting complaints; propounding, responding to discovery. Labor & Employment Law Experience is preferred. Substantial litigation experience is required.
