Must have 3+ years of legal experience in securities class actions, derivative actions, and/or corporate governance. Proven track record of successful client development. Strong desire to primarily focus their legal work on communicating with clients. Interpersonal skills; ability to connect with potential clients and explain complex litigation concepts in simple terms. Ability to work independently; a self-starter who is ready to hit the ground running. Exceptional communication and detail-oriented organizational skills. Enthusiasm and drive for success.
