Antitrust/Competition - Staff Attorney The candidate in this role will counsel clients on their obligations under the (HSR) Antitrust Improvements Act and premerger compliance process. The candidate will be required to advise on all antitrust aspects of transactions, including evaluating and interpreting HSR Act-related issues, providing guidance to clients through the premerger process and responding to informal inquiries and second requests as necessary. Experience in HSR notification compliance and representing clients before the Federal Trade Commission and the Department of Justice Antitrust Division in merger clearance matters is preferable, but not required. Candidates should possess excellent academic credentials. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, will be essential in order to effectively manage client relationships. Candidates who are well organized, detailed oriented, and self-motivated are encouraged to apply. Our team is eager to train dynamic individuals looking to transfer into the antitrust legal practice.
