Aircraft Paralegal The candidate will prepare and examine documents necessary for various aircraft transactions in growing Aircraft Legal Dept. Will be responsible for examining priority search certificates using the International Registry and comparing them with FAA records. Assist with organizing documents for aircraft transactions and maintaining document files with respect to such transactions. Must be able to handle multiple transactions and tasks in a fast paced environment. Previous experience with aircraft transactions is a plus.
