Seeking Bilingual Associate Attorney preferably, Spanish/Portuguese speaking licensed in Massachusetts with immigration and criminal defense experience. The candidate will assist in state probate with Special Immigrant Juvenile and criminal court with motions for new trial as well as with detained and non detained clients at the Immigration court, USCIS interviews, and interviews at the asylum office. Outstanding research and writing skills required for appellate briefs, memorandum, and motions. Organizational and communication skills are a must. Must be willing to travel to courts around New England.
