Paralegal The candidate should have a background in personal injury, litigation, and some worker's compensation, and will possess the ability to perform the duties listed below and have the necessary experience and qualifications. 1-6 years of experience in personal injury and litigation required. Spanish fluency (a plus / not a requirement). Multi-tasking, excellent follow-through required. Excellent and effective communication with clients, claim representatives, medical providers, defense attorneys, etc required. Familiarity with discovery requests, draft various pleadings, e-filing required. Ability and willingness to quickly learn new software; experience and competency working with MS Office products, case management software, communications software required.
