Paralegal - Personal Injury Protection The candidate duties will include : Draft pleadings, memos, and correspondence; Comply with and propound discovery; Correspond with medical providers, clients, and other law firms ; Scheduling of depositions and coordination with court reporting companies; Assist in preparing responses to initial discovery and preparing discovery to send to defense counsel. Assist attorney in all phases of litigation through the trial of the case. Mediation preparation. Must have 3-5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Experience in handling personal injury protection (PIP) claims is required; Should have excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, organizational, decision making, and relationship building. Must have knowledge of Client Profiles (Aderant) a plus, but not necessary.
