# Litigation Attorney at MG+M The Law Firm ## Overview MG+M The Law Firm ( MG+M ) is seeking to add two (2) experienced associate attorneys to our California practice group in any of our California locations: Irvine, Los Angeles, San Francisco or Walnut Creek. MG+M is a nationally renowned litigation law firm concentrating on complex civil matters. The firm's expertise is diverse but focused in the areas of toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation. ## Salary Range $110,000.00 To 195,000.00 Annually ## Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Handle local and national accounts throughout the state of California * Independently manage a litigation caseload * Conduct depositions * Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial * Review and analyze discovery requests * Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings * Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e-filing * Trial preparation and support * Maintain accurate time records ## Candidate Requirements * Juris Doctor from an accredited law school * Must be admitted to practice in the state of California * Experience with motion practice and depositions * One position requires two (2) years or more of asbestos/toxic tort litigation experience * Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions * Capable of independent work * Work in an organized and efficient manner * Superior research and writing skills * Ability to multi-task * Ability to analyze complex matters ## Why Should You Apply?
