Litigation Paralegal The candidate duties include medical and billing summaries, subpoenas, expert retention, discovery, legal research, and file management. Must have Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certificate. Should have 3+ years of progressive experience in a defense law firm. Must have excellent writing and verbal communication skills. Should have advanced skills in computer technology using Microsoft Office Suite, Orion and document management (Sharepoint). Prior experience in an insurance defense firm is required.
