Senior Paralegal - Consumer Bankruptcy The candidate will include communication with clients and primarily managing cases. Reviewing client presented information and drafting initial pleadings. Managing caseload and communicating with clients. Communicating with attorneys regarding case statuses. Communicating with the trustee and court staff regarding case statuses. Drafting pleadings, petitions, schedules, statements, and correspondence per attorney instruction and subject to attorney oversight. Identifying issues on cases earlier and resolving them diligently. Consumer Bankruptcy experience is preferred. College is preferred. Strong candidates will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, leadership, interpersonal skills, and the ability to pay attention to detail.
