EB Immigration Attorney The candidate must have 2-3 years' experience with expertise in PERM, EB-1, NIW and or common nonimmigrant statuses such as E, L, O and/or H. For candidate with less experience must have either a very strong writing or STEM background. Must be meticulous self-starter, assured in dealing directly with corporate clients and overseeing the work of legal assistants.
