Senior Associate Attorney The candidate will lead a team of 4-5 Associate Attorneys, manage your own caseload and meet with prospective clients. Develop relationships with clients while establishing legal objectives, explaining their legal options, providing legal advice and representing them in court and mediation. Should possess exceptional negotiation, research, and communication skills. Active California Bar member in good standing required. Must have 3+ years of experience in probate, trust and conservatorship administration and litigation or in civil litigation. Research and writing skills required. Verbal and written communication skills required. Computer skills, including proficiency in Google Suite required. Analytical and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment required. CA State Bar Certification preferred.
