Entry Level - Mid Level Associate Attorney The candidate's duties and responsibilities include assessing alleged liability/causation/injuries. Drafting pleadings, drafting discovery demands, discovery responses and motions. Assisting in preparing for and conducting depositions, and medical/legal research. A law degree with a license to practice in New York State is required. Admission to New Jersey or Illinois bar is a plus. Experience working in a law firm setting handling medical malpractice, dental malpractice and long-term care negligence cases is a plus.
