Attorney The candidate will be working under contact with ADRA to pursue bankruptcy and civil litigation (typically FDCPA or UDAP claims) cases on their own, as long as the attorney practices bankruptcy and/or civil ligation. These client's will be referred to the attorney for evaluation to pursue under their own contract. There will be no cost for the referral of each bankruptcy and civil ligation client on behalf of ADRA. Non-bankruptcy and non-litigation matters will be handled by ADRA and the local attorney working in an Of Counsel Agreement.
