Job Description The LegalShield Attorney will be responsible for using their legal experience and client service skills to solve legal problems across a broad spectrum of practice areas in a limited scope representation capacity. This includes drafting and reviewing a variety of legal documents, consulting with clients via telephone, researching legal matters, and providing superior client service and advice. Qualifications * J.D. and licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania with at least 2 years of practical, general legal experience. * Prior experience in family law, consumer issues, real estate and/or trusts and estates considered a plus. * Ability to work remotely during standard business hours. * Proficient user of Microsoft Suite and practice-related software. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to focus on accuracy, details and meeting deadlines and service goals. Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position is estimated to be $65,000 per year.
