Paralegal/Legal Assistant Responsibilities: Drafting sworn financial statements, reviewing financial documents, drafting/proofreading pleadings, scheduling hearings, conferences and mediations, preparing and submitting court filings, daily and weekly client communication, time/billing entry, accuracy in calendaring and file management (electronic and paper). Qualifications: Should have 5 years of experience. Experienced in high-asset divorce cases, civil litigation, project management, adept at reading financial statements, proactive and highly organized, resourceful, well-versed in Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure, local rules and filing in Colorado courts and local jurisdictions. Experience handling high-asset divorce matters. Experience handling high-volume workload with critical deadlines and competing demands. Experience with software such as Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel; Adobe Acrobat; Sworn Financial Statement software; ICCES/CCEF; Orion; and WorldDox is preferred. Project management and organization. Proficiency in knowledge and experience using Colorado Courts E-Filing. Proficiency knowledge and experience filing in Federal Court and reviewing local rules. Ability to exercise a high degree of personal integrity, confidentiality, tact, discretion, and judgment.
