Associate Attorney The candidate will work in civil litigation firm which has a broad range of practice areas, mainly personal injury and construction defect insurance defense. Will be responsible for drafting pleadings and correspondence, taking and defending depositions, working with clients on day-to-day advice and counsel inquiries, handling a large caseload, drafting discovery, document review and attending court hearings. The candidate should be licensed in California. Must preferably have of experience of 1+ year. Experience or interest in Construction Defect, litigation, and/or public entity defense is a plus.
