Cross-Border Employment Law Attorney Candidate will be assisting multinational companies of all sizes with their labor and employment needs worldwide and advising clients on a full range of international employment issues that are unique to global workforces. Must have JD Degree. Must be and remain licensed to practice law in the United States location in which they are located, and in good standing. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice. Must have 3+ years of U.S. labor and employment law experience. Excellent analytical, outside-the-box critical thinking, creative problem solving, writing, and communication skills are required. Must be comfortable analyzing novel and complex legal issues and helping design risk-based and client-practical solutions in situations where multiple laws may apply and may be in conflict with one another. Must be independent and capable of managing a high volume of different projects at once, task-switching and multitasking frequently, and seeking supervision when needed. Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, workflow management, and virtual communications technology platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, Slack, Smartsheet, Excel, Word, imanage) required. Native language ability in a language other than English preferred.
